SAFETY HARNESS TRAINING.

We have a half and a one day course. Delegates will need the following, Hard hat, Safety boots, High vis, Harness and Lanyard (we can provide if required) National Insurance number.

On successful completion delegates will be competent to wear, use and inspect Safety Harness.

Certification – IPAF half day course the Safe Use of Safety Harness and Inspection of Safety Harness when using a Mobile Elevated Working Platform. IPAF certificate valid for 5 years.

Capital Safety Group one day course Safe Use of Safety Harness and Inspection of Safety Harness for safe working at height. Capital Safety Group certificate valid for 5 years.

Course Content

• Registration & induction,Theory session.
• Relevant health & safety, Regulation, codes of practice.
• Accidents & hazards, Tower types & components.
• Safe use & stability, Inspections, Theory test (multiple choice),
• Practical instruction, Pre-assembly checks,
• Erecting a tower, Moving a tower,
• Dismantling a tower, Inspecting a tower,
• Theory/Practical test.
